Jeff Dols
Jeff Dols joined the WomanWell staff as the Executive Director in 2013 after serving as director of the Franciscan Spirituality Center since July 2011. Before joining the FSC, Jeff spent 13 years at Wells Fargo in Minneapolis serving as a strategic planning manager. Jeff has a gift for integration and has been able to negotiate the often divergent paths of the modern corporation and the footsteps of Christ. He draws upon his experience as a leader and mentor to help others in business seek the inner transformation that leads to a life of integrity. His personal journey includes a year of spiritual direction formation at Christos Center in Lino Lakes, MN, and a masters degree in Servant Leadership from Viterbo University. The Franciscan call led him to become a covenant Affiliate and Prayer Partner of the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration. He chronicled his personal journey in his book of reflections: One in Spirit. Jeff's hobbies include baseball, hiking, camping, walking meditation, and reflecting near "big water". Jeff lives in Eagan with his wife Maria and two daughters,  Rachel and Angela.
